Staff were friendly and helpful, speaking perfect English. They allowed me to check in early and even gave me a discount for a late checkout. Location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk to major train stations. Three different convenience stores nearby for quick snacks and essentials.

The room was disappointingly small, with a window facing the wall of another building just a meter away. The soundproofing was also poor, as I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms quite clearly.

I was actually surprised by the comfort of my room at Gloryinn. Despite the small size, it was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and subway stations. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, making my stay more fun. The breakfast provided was simple but tasty, a great way to start the day. I had a positive experience at Gloryinn and would recommend it to fellow travelers.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, situated very close to several metro stations and the airport shuttle bus stop. This made it easy for me to navigate the city and travel to and from the airport. The room itself was spotless and the staff provided excellent service, assisting me with various tasks such as printing documents and ordering taxis. The breakfast offered a small but sufficient buffet, and the owner even prepared a special dish each day.

The cleanliness of the hotel didn't meet my expectations, with corners and dust not being cleaned daily and bed sheets only changed once in two weeks.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The staff provided great and friendly service. The rooms were kept very clean and the small but efficient bathrooms were a bonus. I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, which included toast, ham, and eggs. The best part was the location - very close to the subway station and just opposite the limousine bus stop for easy access to and from the airport.

No improvements needed, everything was ok.

Clean rooms, refreshing air, convenient location near metro, local markets, and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, provided metro cards and travel adapters. Good value for money, with a simple but satisfying breakfast. Recommended for future visits to the city.
